Set the graphics quality to Smooth.
FPS you can get depends on your device, can be Medium to Ultra.

If you used the Vietnamese version you'll have to continue playing on the Vietnamese version, and create a new account for the Global version, @tranquil condor.

There are two types of voice channels ingame, one is in the lobby and one is in game, the glitch is that sometimes the game doesnt switch the channel of some people, so when your friends restart the game they will be in the same channel as you.

It clearly says that you shouldn't get 'Legendary' item in a row.
The counter shows the highest number of times you did not receive the said rarity item. It resets the moment you get a Legendary item. You have to start all over. @sage plinth

There's some time limited event where you have to check in daily tk collect rewards which are later sent into your inbox

Ping spike is a common issue faced by everyone. It is mostly called render lag. It is inevitable, it happens because it takes time for the server to load the enemy movements and provide all the data to your client, @opaque sorrel
It’s just annoying because I play since day 1 and never had any issues until 3-4 updates ago, hotdropping was so much fun but now I die half the time because of the lag

the game was optimized
A high end device and strong network minimises it but it is not something which can be fixed unless humans develope technology which provides 0 lags or 0 buffer.

We here on Discord do not have direct contact with devs, that's why we can't "fix bugs" or "ban/unban" people.

They do answer, sometimes.
Now that they might not respond if it's "just" a bug report, doesn't necessarily mean they didn't take note.

@glossy sable Thanks for the option, I submitted a bug report through that sub channel. I don't expect any sort of resolution. The last time my account was locked for this "data changed in connection", my entire rank was wiped out from Diamond to Bronze in NA.
