-> Forced changing of network while ingame or changing of data like device time
Solution
An easy fix for this solution will be fixing your device time.
• Go to settings -> System -> Date and time -> Turn on the options of Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone . This will lead to your device using network provided date and time and will fix your issues.
Facing issues even after changing time? Try switching to a better network or change the DNS server settings using the app DNS Changer from your Play store.

I have been encountering issues with my game client "detecting data connection changes" kicking me from my games as well as adding a 10 minute lock on my account. I have not been able to receive ANY responses from customer service because it is NOT EXISTENT on the game client and the email supplied does not work.
It does not matter if I'm on mobile data, Wifi or LAN through my mobile device. I still get these errors and any CONSTRUCTIVE advice would be greatly appreciated. @gritty glade I guess Lucky Shop items do not count towards that achievement, I have seen earlier same situation with another player for Time Traveler set achievement. He had the bike skin which he bought from lucky shop but it didn't count toward his achievement
May be it's bug or Lucky shop item didn't count toward that particular achievement because I bought a gun skin and a parachute skin which counted toward their respective achievement related to gun skins and parachute skins

You have to not get a legendary item 30 times in a row.
If you get a legendary item, the counter resets and you have to start all over again. The counter will keep showing the highest consecutive times you did not get Legendary item.
In the screenshot provided, it shows that you received a legendary item on the 25th draw.
This same explaination is for the Jinxed 3 & 4 achievents, except it if for Mythic rarity items.
