@last ridge I have been trying to get these fools to help me with the same thing, sadly there is no actual support team that reads this chat. They have told me to try different game modes and servers and I have still get super long queue times, so long that I usually spend about 2 to 3 hours just to get 1 game in. And their customer support in game is no help at all, just an automated system that asks scripted questions with scripted answers to your questions and ends the chat pronto with out even so much a smidgen of support with your problem. They take your money with no real deliverance of a fully working product and support hackers and cheaters with false promises that they are doing something to combat the problem, which they haven't after a year of the game being live. Truthfully this chat channel shouldn't exist when there is never anyone in their support team reading any of this

Tier protection mechanism

Tier protection Mechanism protects your rating when you complete Classic matches while in a group with your friends. This option is to save your tier ranking if you get killed sooner in the game.

However, do note that tier protection works only if you play the matches with your friends and it won’t work for the matches with random players.

You receive a tier protection opportunities based on your initial tier or when you reach a new tier.

Rank V of each tier grants 3 tier protections.
Rank IV to I of each tier grant 1 tier protection each.
Conqueror and Ace tier grant 3 tier protections.

If your total rating falls below the lowest thresold of your current tier, protection will be triggered and your total rating will only be reduced to the minimum required to enter your current tier. You will be demoted if you have no protection left.

After triggering protections, you can earn them back by increasing your total rating (except Conqueror Tier or when you reach Conqueror from Ace).

The best way for the security team to take action is for you to use the in-game reporting, which gives them access to important game data that is infinitely more useful than video. I don't think there's a way to do that, unfortunately. Alternatively, you could contact customer service to have that particular account deleted. That aside, I'm afraid there is no possible way of recovering a hacked account, @cunning ibex. But when they have the information, they will get back you immediately, be patient.

@void pine Ping depends on several factors. The distance the packets has to travel, the IP network of your ISP, and several other network problems that hold up the packet. In conclusion, bandwidth and ping can affect each other in certain circumstances but you cannot expect a lower ping by simply getting more bandwidth, as this guy was saying.

After 8 days of wait, I received that response. Yes, I have read the terms and conditions & everything else and can’t figure out what I did wrong to get banned for 10 years. Been playing since the game was launched & have always been followed the rules and regulations. I know 7 more people who also got banned with that message.

Hello , I’ve been facing a problem with parachute and while driving
Both time the analogue just stops working and it doesn’t fix for about 2-4sec straight!
Result in late landing and stops car while driving ! Is there any fix i could try.

Also tried different driving methods like keys but it just doesnt work.

Also tried reinstalling, repairs !
It just doesn’t work.

Happens every single time, also have lot of recorded videos and clips.

Ok so I’m not sure if this is actually a bug but I’m having a lot of problems with AWM where there’s just random invisible walls, head shots don’t register as head shots and the bullets going through someone (but with other weapons it works)

Hello Support Team, I actually have one doubt in mind, I thought you might be able to answer my doubts here.

So, I currently have around 390 points - according to the screenshot here, it says that Top 100 players would be able to receive the PMCO Exclusive Set. Hence, does this mean that if I place a bet of say 390 points into Team Soul as the minimum points at 50th is 280 points, will this mean that I am in the Top 100 and I would potentially receive the Set?

Does this also mean that every Top 100 betters from each team would each receive this Exclusive Set?

@night cloak So the abnormalities in your client are still detected. Do what I told you to do earlier. Remove all the 3rd party plugins, scripts, any kind of software which violates the ToS and reinstall the game completely to get rid of the lingering abnormal files which are being deteced by the anti cheat system.
