Then, you can use request to revoke access to that Twitter account.
Beware, it's irreversible.
i somehow managed to recover my facebook account but that twitter account is still linked...
That way, you'll be able to prevent the person to access your game account with that Twitter account.

Hey I have a question, any clue on what to do for unfair bans? Lots of my conqueror friends recently got banned with the new update, but they don’t hack or use third party programs.
The only way is to use the File a Claim option.
Beware that teaming up with hackers/cheaters is a bannable offense too, not just hacking/cheating yourself or using 3rd party apps.

This man has been conqueror since season 2, spent thousands on the game for max fool skin, and just overall enjoyed the game. You think he would risk it all to play with hackers or even cheat?

@cosmic gazelle you would need very good internet. Well, not really. Speed doesnt really determine ping, but if your in a server with alot of people on sheet internet, you'll get bad ping. You cant really do anything to change it.

Make sure you have strong signal and avoid playing on a network with heavy traffic.
Shut down your mobile network, then restart it. Stop sharing personal hotspot.
Load the game a few minutes after restarting your router.

About graphics, we do not have any information on it. "Coming soon" is just the default message, they're working on graphic optimizations but doesn't necessarily mean it will, however, as your device is new there's chances it will.

@jolly jewel Frame drops are directly related to Internet connection strength, Device specs, Graphics you are playing on, Heating issues, RAM and sometimes Server sided issues.
I suggest you check up all the issues mentioned above.
These are the possible things you can do to minimise frame drops :
• Play on smooth graphics and extreme fps.
• Make sure device RAM is cleared.
• If the above solutions don't work try clicking the 'Repair Client' button on the login screen.
If none of the above options work, it may be a device optimisation issue and it is adviced to play on a better device.

@blazing saddle I have fast internet speeds which ingame I have a minimum of 35 and a maximum of 56, and I have 8 gigs of ram and the latest processor and yet I still get frame drops and I did everything u said to do. My guess is it's the Game and not my device

No it is not bugged. ONLY the crates which you actually buy are counted now(this was changed recently) and the achievement is only counted when you do not get the specific rarity of item in a row. Obtaining any type of item from that rarity (even from Royale pass) resets the counter(It doesn't display the reset).The counter in the achievement section is the highest you have achieved without getting the item in a row,not your current one, @keen hornet.

@hazy phoenix Not everyone is getting banned, They get banned for using cheats, continuously teaming with Cheaters, Using any kind of 3rd party add on that is not advised by the devs.Or a 10 minutes ban if you keep connecting and disconnecting several times in-game.

Sure would be nice to play a game I have spent so much money on but can't cause queue times are so outrageous. Ever since the last update I have been able to play a total of 4 rounds, not because of choice mind you.... but because I have to sit for hours and wait to get in a match..... Estimated wait time 3-15 minutes on NA server but almost always time out at 20 minutes to be kicked out of queue and have to re-queue. Never had this issue until the latest patch. Have tried everything from playing at different times, solo, duos, squads different servers, different languages and NOTHING has worked to get me in a match.

You are an emulator player, Emulator players get matched with only other emulator players.
You play NA server which has a very less player base.
On top of that you are playing FPP gaming mode.
All these factors are responsible for you getting high matchmaking times, due to less numbers of players available.
Try asia. A lot of emulator players there
I suggest you try playing on another server, or another gaming mode, or try playing at active hours of the day.
