So, try to switch your network and find a sweet spot. See if that changes the lobby for you or not. Also, try playing with your friends from same region and see if the problem still persists.

This is a bug and the developers will fix it soon.
Continue playing the game as you normally do and wait patiently for it to get fixed.

Note : This is not rank freeze which happens to players who violate the ToS of Pubg Mobile by use of cheats or actively teaming with other cheating players.
Rank Freezing is a different issue where players do not recieve any rank points, and the points do not add up in the rankings.

@grim hawk it's not frame drop. It's a known bug. If he press and hold the scope button and at the same time move his aim(using right thumb), the screen or aim don't move.
