@cinder lance The country settings has nothing to do with lobby, tho. It is there to discourage people from using 3rd party method to get cosmetics not made for them. So, try to switch your network and find a sweet spot. See if that changes the lobby for you or not. Also, try playing with your friends from same region and see if the problem still persists.

Exit the game and clear some space on your device.

Make sure you have strong signal and avoid playing on a network with heavy traffic.

If it is your clan, you have to show your responsibilities to take care of it and be active, if you were inactive for days, it will be transferred to someone else who is active, @true sedge. A friend of mine's account got banned due to some unknown players using hacks although he wasn't using hacks but his account actually got banned is there any chance to recheck the account or anything to reverse it, or if any of us can contact devs that might be helpful as well

If you are facing the issue of "not ranked" in the rankings, and still recieving/losing points after a game :
This is a bug and the developers will fix it soon.
Continue playing the game as you normally do and wait patiently for it to get fixed.
Note : This is not rank freeze which happens to players who violate the ToS of Pubg Mobile by use of cheats or actively teaming with other cheating players.
Rank Freezing is a different issue where players do not recieve any rank points, and the points do not add up in the rankings.

Shut down your mobile network, then restart it. Stop sharing personal hotspot.
Load the game a few minutes after restarting your router.

@grim hawk it's not frame drop. It's a known bug. If he press and hold the scope button and at the same time move his aim(using right thumb), the screen or aim don't move.
I hope whatever causes this , gets fixed , might be because I'm on a new phone and its not optimized.
