Look, My rank is not updating on server despite of having Platinum V tier rank

it only remains to wait if one day answer the customer service

There is a problem with servers, the game is not right. Also there is a problem with sound, if I hear footsteps from mt left side thr enemy is in the right side. We had this problems before. Maybe after the s3 or s4 started. Same problems, again?

The “Request time out” on PUBG MOBILE happens whenever you cannot connect to servers that you need to connect to in order to play the game.
This can be fixed as it is your DNS server that your ISP is using which has trouble connecting to the game’s servers. So all you have to do, really, is just change the DNS server from the one that you’re using right now to another one.

I'm experiencing Red-Green vertical lines on the left side of my screen during gameplay after the update. Can anyone help me through this? I have a high end phone with 6 GB ram so I don't think it's an issue with limited hardware as my phone supports hdr mode, but the lines have reduced after I tweaked the graphics settings to the lowest possible.

What is the issue?
How much time does it take for a cheater(so called hacker) to get a ban?...I reported a guy two days back for using hacks and today I came across this same guy again
And one more issue, I was killed by a squad of these cheaters, they all had same name, I reported one but when I tried to report other three it showed "u have already reported this person"

•Then go to Internal Storage/Android/obb
•Find the tencent obb file and rename it by adding 1 in the file name.
•Now uninstall the game.
•Check your dms for the file i am sending and install it.
•After you install do not click open.
•Go to file manager, find the folder(com.tencent.ig) you pasted in safe location. Copy those files to Internal Storage/Android/data
•Go to Internal Storage/Android/Obb and rename the tencent obb file and remove the 1 which i had told you to add before.

Anyone on here use wireless ear buds or headphones on iOS to play and talk? In the past day I tried the apple air pods and the Bose soundsport free. Unfortunately they don't work too well as it treats it as if I'm on a call in game and hence muffles the game volume. The Bose are even worse because when on a call sound only comes out the right bud lol. Just wondering if anyone has had any success with other ear buds or over ear headphones before I go and mess with another product.

@night cloak bluetooth devices have this common problem. It goes in call mode for the game and reducces sound. This is not the game issue so I suggest you use wired headphones/earphones

Yes i report it as deformed graphics and i took screenshots with someone using it for unfair advantage and i have already send them in customer care i think if this is happens when you report while you are playing team deathmatch

After the update there are a lot of time when i just cannot enter a match it get stuck on the loading screen. And when this happens even if I restart and click enter match again it's the same.

- its plat 2, you shouldnt be seeing any cheaters at all
- even in conq ranks, you only get cheaters every 1/5 matches at most

@median falconingame report speeds up the process of ban. It takes time because the system checks all the reports individually.
