The report button does speed up the process of the account suspension of cheaters. It takes time for the system as it has to check every reported account individually. @low haven
The "Report" button might be just a simple button for you, @low haven. There is a complete series of events that takes place when you tap on it. As soon as you report someone it goes into the database and if a significant number of people have reported the same user over and over a team of investigators will look into the matter and take the necessary actions.

When there are too many processes running on the device, it will lag. Close all processes and restart the phone.

@grave bridge Don't change connection while in a match. It triggers the anti cheat engine. If you are in a match, find a place to hide, close the game, switch internet and then open the game again.

@night cloak When I'm in lobby, latency is between 50ms to 90ms. But when I start the game, it shoots up to 200ms to 300ms. As soon as an enemy approaches, latency goes as high as 800ms. I tried changing network and client repair. But nothing is working

All accounts with history of abnormal behaviour like using cheats or actively teaming with cheaters have their ranks frozen. There is no way around it.

Also, getting matched with a cheater does not affect the account in any negetive way. Maybe your friend added the cheater after playing once and actively played with him. @fallen anvil

So I confirmed it with him if getting matched with random cheaters can cause a ban or not. And he verified it from the server side, confirming that there is no data stating that players recieved a ban because of getting matched with cheater and that people claiming that they have been banned for no reason are either unaware about their violations or are just lying.

@fallen anvil there is no outfit which overlays on the bag pack skin. Hence there is no way of not showing a bag skin in the lobby if you are equipping it. The only way not to see a bag in lobby is by not using any skin for the bag and using the default one.

@cedar swallow That is what I am saying. It is the players responsibility that they play with friends who they think are safe to play with and be careful about adding random people just cause you think they are pro.
There are different kinds of ban, if you violate terms once it gives a 10 mins ban, if done again it gives a 7 day ban with tier reset. Further violation leads to a 10 year ban.

I just got banned after my classic game. As far as I know I haven’t violated any terms. Ingame support seems unresponsive. I just spent $100 on this update. Anyone could help?

I heard that many people have the same problem as me after update, game is freezing even on top devices like iPad Pro, iPhone X, doesn’t matter We need hotfix of this problem, we don’t need new zombie mode, we want NORMAL classic mode without bugs!

it freez like 5-6 times and then i continue playing normally, and it happens to my friend as well

i Bought the Ez Mission Pass and it opens the Week 2.. i already finished the Week 1 Challenge mission and i got the elite crate with 200RP .. the problem is i also finished the week 2 challenge mission but the problem is The elite crate does not move it is still 0/10 🤦🏽♂️ so whats the use of advance challenge mission if this elite crate was not counted.. 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ fix this please i should get the elite crate week 2 coz i finish all the challenge mission of week 2

I have around 50-70ms but my game is lagging so bad. Why is that? Especially when there are enemies nearby. Tho even in training ground, it still moves like a turtle sometimes lol. Idk if the problem is in my device or the game itself.
@unkempt rose The lag when enemies are nearby is mostly device sided. We call it stuttering instead of lag.

@tawny needle look at Athena’s profile. Over 200 kdr in solo during one of the seasons. They may take a closer look at you if you have a really high kdr, but won’t autoban you for it
