@maiden raptor it is pretty common in low end devices. It is just a notice/reminder. Nothing to worry about.

The counter works when you do not get a specific rarity items from a crate of 120UC or above in a row. If you get such rarity item the counter resets and you will have to start all over again.

@night cloak It's not bugged. Read it carefully. one is regarding not getting legendary item, one is regarding not getting mythic item. Once you get any of them then the counter resets to zero but the achievement progress bar will show the highest unlucky crate opened. Once you pass that counter again it will start showing again until you get legendary/mythic items.
