OK I found the meaning of the option "Transfer Data outside EEA". It means to transfer your data outside of of EEA (European Economic Area) so the GDPR does not affect your data. It is available only for Europe and might affect your ping of all the servers.

I drove all the way from Georgopol to the red circle (where I died) in that red circle, as I'm driving I then die and the kill message said that I "died by bomb" when there was no redzone there (redzone was by Novo and Military Base) and there also wasn't an explosion. I am getting critical threat warnings from Bitefender regarding Tencent Android emulator.exe and a file a web page tries to down load called mrpcs.data

this is the file the webpage down loads.
