Yes he will have more RAM and CPU usage for the game but also he will have impact for example in social media like Messenger, Instagram. He will not receiving messages or SMS

Also beware, using developer mode is risky, be sure to know what you are doing as most of say developer features are experimental.

Just turn off animations, it's the safest thing to do

@dense ridge as I'm an user of developers mode i am quite experienced in it, i said him to do as it is in the screen shots. Those things won't harm(possibly).
If they notice any misbehave to tue UI they can turn it off.
