It's a Bernoulli scheme, each draw is independent one from the others. What you get in your 9th draw won't affect your 10th draw.

You need to have somewhere near 20-30KBPS of speed in a match, you are having 20mbps means that your device is downloading something in the background

Terminate that process if it is not a system process and turn off every single auto update

You might not be downloading something by yourself but your phone could be downloading something by itself, check it and solve it

It is not always the server issue but could be the problem of the device or of the ISP too
