Pubg mobile does not render any enemies whore are not in your 400m radius(approx). So when you move or enemy enters your radius, the servers take time to render the enemies for you. This is why there is a lag. Now the lag depends on many factors like the server load, internet connection, device etc.
I'm sorry the technology of us humans is not so advanced that we can provide 0 lag to everyone. So i suggest you wait for the civilization to develop rather than rant about lag.
