Yeah I just tried with customer service again and nothing. Also @narrow night I didn’t miss a single shot haha, I had a VSS on me, set it to single fire and took 3 shots in total. All 3 were dead by headshot, one bullet each

Thanks, I appreciate it. Both times I’ve tried to reach customer support all I got was that answer machine, I can’t seem to actually find a real person to talk to about this issue
