I was playing india challenge and lande georgopol, after looting up i took a boat and made my way to the sunken city near rhozok...but i was teleported back to the place where i found the boat, that picture shows you my last vehicles place.

And the thing is it only seems to happe in india challenge

I think there are two solution first one is just keep trying till you can. It usually let you log in in 12 to 15 tries or second option is try Factory reset . That helped one guy here before may be it will be useful for you, @lament wadi.
