VPN usage is fine as it doesn't violate game's TOS, but it's still not recommended because some of the vpn service applications might interfere with the game.
For example - A VPN application that causes and overlay add to popup during the game is running, this might trigger the anti-cheat and may lead to a ban, but most applications are clean so its fine.

It is random, the problem with TDMs is that you can't restart the game and hop back in.

@light rune, Unfortunately, you're not the only one facing this issue, this problem widely reported and a possible fix is to turn on your device's airplane mode for 11 secs and then turning it off ( after entering the menu screen ), this might help improving the connection and may reduce the chances of freezing on the loading screen.
( As Sheth mentioned, switching networks might help aswell ).

Can anyone help me with my game? It seems that my mic makes a weird sound in pubg only. It sounds like i’m tapping on my mic the whole time. Terminator = I'm not so sure.
Combo = The highest kill streak you've had in that game.

Reply for each of the alleged bugs:
- The user have said it happens sometimes but it has been fixed since long. I have not been facing it since 0.12.5 came out.
.... - The user should update their game to the latest version as a fixture has been applied.
.... - Never faced it. If you are facing it please report it in game.
.... - It has been fixed. The user must update their game.
.... - It must be the poor performance of their device/network (Explained in detail in the pinned messages).
.... - Same as the above one.
.... - The issue has been fixed too. Are they still playing 0.12.0?
.... - The TDM mode is fairly new and requires optimization. Please be patient and it will certainly be better.

It's actually bug. For some devices it only takes around 500Mb while some other devices take up yo 2Gb for the game to be completely updated.If you see your download bar has gone past 500 Mb then it means that it will download upto 2Gb.

@crisp sundial, Violation of terms may occur due to various reasons like using any mobile service that kept interfering with the anti-cheat, for example using an overlay application or graphic manipulation tool and allot of other ways too, not specifically using hacks only.
The only way to solve this if you are confident that this is a false suspension you have to contact in-game Customer Support and wait for their response.

For example - A VPN application that causes an overlay add to popup during the game is running, this might trigger the anti-cheat and may lead to a ban, this is the reason these services are not recommended.

While the applications that cause add popups use mock up for showing the adds forcefully as the system doesn't allows them to show the adds via normal popups when the app is runnin in background this might trigger the anti-cheat as most of the times these type of forceful popups are recognised as enhancement overlay tool.

@night cloak, If you are using the original version from the playstore then I can assure that it won't cause any issues, but of you are using modified version with cracks etc, then I can't assure as VPN application doesn't mean it only contains one feature, the person who modifies these type of applications may add any type of malicious features that might steal your personal data or interfere with the anti-cheat.

I have played India bonus challenge. In that i spent 30 uc. and played the third one. I played the match for 15 minutes and then I encountered a hacker who had 12 kills at that moment. I fond something wrong and spectated the player. What I saw was suspecious. He was using no recoil hack, aim bot ,he also knew location of every player. This is not how pubg should work. I spent 30 uc which results nothing. I have just one request from the support staff to refund my 30 uc.
