I have two possible solutions for you :
• When the screen gets stuck try switching your network on the loading screen. i.e. If you are on WiFi network try switching to Mobile Data.
• If the above solution doesnt work restart the game and you will get in game but your voice chat will be glitched and you wont be able to hear your teammates nor they can hear you.
--> To fix the voice chat glitch, Text your teammates in game to land at a safe location and tell the teammates who dont have a glitch to restart their game. This way the voice chat glitch will be fixed.

You can do various things to reduce lag, probably these:
- Clear your RAM. Make sure you atleast have 1 to 3 GB Ram left.
- Delete unused apps to reduce CPU usage
- Clear your storage, make sure your phone has less videos. The lesser storage used, the better the game will run.
- Reduce your Graphics. You can ask a player with the similar or same phone about their graphics.

@bold siren we all don't deal with cheaters, but it is about our leader, XCaliberElite. He is a legitimate player and he has got banned for no reason. Like the actual hackers play freely, and legitimate players are getting banned. Kudos to the game developers. We wouldn't have cared much about the account if it weren't his expenditure on the game. We would really appreciate if you could lead us to the one who can help us through this. It's a humble request.🙂

@night cloak It's unfortunate but the anti cheat system does not ban players for no reason at all.Can he tell me what EXACTLY he did before he got banned?
Although rare,if it is the case that he's unbanned unfairly all he can do is contact the customer support through the File claim button ingame.We here are the discord staff and we cannot contact the developers regarding ban issues.
Also,were you using any modifications such as Japanese voice?

Any third party app or file tempering can lead to a ban.
If you feel the ban has been done unfairly you can always file a claim as said before, by selecting the File a claim option upon lauching the game when you get the ban notification.
