All you can do is report them in-game for being inactive. We totally advice against harming your teammates and yes I know, it really is unfortunate when such "disconnected teammates" incidents happen: especially when it happens regularly. Reporting them will do for now.

Yes, I've encountered such a bug before. Ping in lobby tends to be much higher than that during a match. Repairing my client fixed that for me.
But, sometimes, the issue still persists. I don't find it to be a big deal though

@silver grail Disconnections can happen due to someone's IRL issues too,this is NOT competitive CSGO where you get VAC banned for disconnecting.Whenever a player is disconnected, there's a huge message on your screen which tells you to disconnect the game and is ample enough for you exit to lobby before that match starts.
Imagine your internet crashed or you got your boss's call while you are playing and when you come back you lose -80 merit.
I bet you'll be here complaining about the system.
