The problem is, since it is a new server, many people from other region (NA/Asia) trying to play there. The ping you're seeing in lobby is real. But when you start a matchmaking, the match starts with tons of other people from different region. And developers cannot stop it from happening without implementing features like limiting people in a single server, and that's unlikely gonna happen, @green edge.

Check bandwidth too. Ping only tells you the response time at that moment. Bandwidth will test how much can be transmitted...I am not 100% certain it is all your fault but I am sure game servers are having issues

Will there be a fix for the server lag? Lag/render when other players are near and lag when loot does not appear until after you have passed over the area. It is not my connection (100mbps and <40ms ping)

Hopefully PUBG can pull some devs from new features we do not want and put them on hacker patrol. With each season more and more players are hacking the game. Google reviews are starting to show a lot of negative reviews. I wonder how long it will take for Google to remove it as editor choice.

Try to clear cache of game
Turn on fight mode and then reopen
and try game boster it helps too

And + the bugs have been known to devs and it has been reported long back so they are still trying to fix

Also the earlier conqueror player of Middle East named 666 with devil pfp was a hacker and maybe got his rank reset. Many or at least 4-5 players from top leaderboard disappeared randomly because of reports. Middle East servers are filled with hackers. Personally speaking if you see anyone in middle East lobby wearing a crow suit, just leave that lobby. Cheers^
