@rustic sentinel The problem is, since it is a new server, many people from other region (NA/Asia) trying to play there. The ping you're seeing in lobby is real. But when you start a matchmaking, the match starts with tons of other people from different region. And developers cannot stop it from happening without implementing features like limiting people in a single server, and that's unlikely gonna happen.

Its a PUBGM problem.... every other game guns with a really low ping

@night cloak What r u guys doing about the people who team up in Solo mode? They travelling in vehicles together yet the system doesn't ban them. Do something. I have reported them in game but I still see people teaming up in games once or twice every week since last four months.

@arctic trench System won't ban them on their own. When you and several other players report the user, they gets reviewed and gets punished. There will be always team up issues in solo. The more there's people playing solo, the more there's cheating. Unfortunately.

@night cloak How will this end then? I have reported numerous players teaming up. Unfortunately only one player can be spectated and the other one doesn't get reported. If u guys work on it then u can ban punish people who travel in same vehicle, kills people n stay together for the whole game. I don't think any fair solo player will be able to stick with the same guy for 20+ minutes. Even 30 minutes. System can catch this right? Or is it that u guys don't want to fix this game from bugs n cheaters who exploit this game?

Can someone help me with my account? i can't log into it after the update was released. It doesn't matters which device i log into my account it keeps the game crashing.

Can someone help me with the issue? When i see the servers ping,europe and asia ping is fine 120ms but when i see Middle East ping, it's super fine 90ms... Now when I start the match in Middle East,the in-game ping is very high, it's 300+ms
