@vagrant onyx That person asked specifically for how many tier protections are there for "Ace" Tier. By your logic we get new tier protection every time we level up right from bronze to silver and so on. You can't have more than 2. In my opinion, no one is that Pro to preserve each one of them so I'll just stick with my main answer that there is only 1.

@obsidian stream Open your Pubgm, go to settings, then click on customer service icon which will be on bottom left corner next to the log out button. Just click on any random topics and then just say you are not satisfied with the answer. After that you will be redirected to the customer service chat dialogue box. Just give in reletive info there and they will look over it.
