You can ask but they won't be able to help you in these regards. Tho they can help you revoke access of your social media accounts - which will prevent pubgm from getting data from your social media. And right before that you can use a rename card to change name, voila. It's very similar to the one you're requesting. @sour ledge

@night cloak it might be problem from your device where it takes time to render and load items ,winning screen ...etc. if your phone is samsung ,clear the RAM from device maintenance (device care on android 9) ,if android but not samsung try installing an app to clear RAM, if your phone is IOS then you should report the issues from in-game "report" button.

@cosmic gazelle It actually depends on what type of concerns you've. We all know by now, that, pubgm in game customer support isn't very responsive or isn't good at all while dealing important stuff.

That is a bug I've recently saw getting reported several times whenever people change their flags, did you change your flag recently?

Hi, i have tried contacting pubgm support in-game. But they did the replied me so I'm trying here- i had an outfit which i purchased for 12$ earlier during anniversary event. @cosmic gazelle Well everyone isn't facing the bug, or the devs will fix it by now. Problem is only a small percentage players are facing the issue - that's why it's hard to guess when they'll fix it. Try changing back to the flag you had - I don't know if it will fix the issue or not. But it's worth a try.

To be honest, pubg banned my account when I played Vikendi when it got launched(i guess you know about this)
When I got my account back after a week.
My fpp tier was blocked like it was stuck at gold 1 and was nit increasing or decreasing,when it got solved after months then this came.
So I guess,after the unban thing,my account got issues.

This is the problem with using AI and sites like Helpdesk. You get a machine to answer the question wrong.

The 600UC is split between RP levels.You have to reach the maximum RP to avail all the 600UC.I'd suggest buying RP in the season 7.
