We’ll want to start a trace route to a specific IP address. It depends on the region you’re trying to play on, run all 3 of the IPs in your server region, so we can figure out what exactly the issue is.

I may have found a suspected cheater (could've screenshot it, but the screen went from the enemy to the better luck next time screen) as the player killed me swiftly with a headshot, normally I'd just think that the player has Aim Assist (or is generally good, or hey, emulator) on, but after the kill, the player just looked right at the ground (near their feat) for no reason.

You can get rename card when you level up. You should get at least 3 name cards when you reach level 40. I think 3 is enough.
