Pubg mobile bans are account specific and are based on device ID solely. Both IP and mac addresses are not monitored, unless you are using a local VPN with specific ip hosts blocking important report systems. Being banned on one account on your device will not affect another account on the same device. As for the ban system, reports, regardless of amount, will NEVER get any hacker banned with the correct precautions. Reports are usually only taken into consideration for a manual ban after thousands. Your "friend" is probably you trying to use a static virtual space with a preset device ID attempting to hack the game and failing miserably. Please refrain from tagging community admins, as they are not responsible for bans.

My friends were there in the same match,they killed me and my friend(we were behind the wall but for them, we were clearly visible)
I play in 60ms.
AWM is still buggy, I shot a guy on his head with AWM and he killed me and my friend with MK and we heard a single bullet of MK.
When I spectated him,I found that his health was full.
