@night cloak I agree that nothing seems to be done with hackers. At least no recompense is given to players affected by hackers. It is infuriating that PUBG seems apathetic to the real players. It would be nice if they at least so some appreciation to the real players. Customer service just provides lip service.

PS I use the in-game report feature when I encounter hackers and cheaters. Even had 3 players dressed in hula skirts playing as a team in solo. I could only report the one. So even if this one player was 'punished' the other two got away with cheating. Last night my squad ran into the same group of hackers...obvious hacks, they were using pretty much every hack. Reported in the first match and they were still online for the second. It cannot be that hard to see the hacks if someone was looking. Question is, is anyone looking?

And if u are following a teammate to jump, u get off the plane when the teammate jumps but after that, ur body will not move. It just stays at same position till ur team lands on the ground. After that it shows as if u are falling (just like u fall from a hill). After that the game wont work properly. Like u might not be able to see any player (teammate + enemies) for a while, u wont be able loot etc.

Why does when ever the match start and I entered the plane..the game won't respond? I can't jump out of the plane so I ended up getting kicked out of the plane, I can still move but when I'm around 70m on the air my parachute suddenly disappeared!? I take little damage so I won't complain about it too much. But when I land I can't open doors,vault and the loot won't spawn

Change your network connection, @rapid plume. Try using a different data connection. If you enabled "download through WiFi only" cancell that and select proceed anyway. Make sure you have enough storage and try switch to a different WiFi/hotspot.
