Alright so your using an iOS operating system please try to follow this steps and keep me updated with the status.

1- go to mobile settings>general>reset> then choose factory reset network settings. This will reset your mobile network settings to default. It will restart your mobile device automatically.

2-Open Pubg and press on the repair button.

I thing I understand is you queue with random squads for example, by have a great time and meet other people, but this is the worst people playing like that.
