It's a common bug with Facebook. What you're gonna do is login to a guest profile > logout > login with Facebook. Repeat this process several times until you get access to your game. You might have to repeat this process 2-30 times in one go. Do it when you're free. Once you get into the game, quickly add a second login method.

No support for Extreme FPS or even Ultra on minimum graphic (Smooth) for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (Exynos 8895).

I get High FPS on HD but no Ultra or Extreme FPS on Smooth and Balanced.

No support for Extreme FPS or even Ultra on minimum graphic (Smooth) for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (Exynos).
I get High FPS on HD but no Ultra or Extreme FPS on Smooth and Balanced.
While the Samsung Note 8 (Snapdragon 835) users get Ultra FPS on HDR,I don't even have the HDR option on my (Exynos 8895) variant.
Please optimize it.
As it will take couple of minutes for developers to optimize it.

@dire flower well it’s not good that you was waiting so long. Check how many days you have to revoke transaction. But I think it’s 14 days. Now you can do 2 things.

Write to pubg support and send screenshot of transaction.
Write to your phone shop support (AppStore or Google Play?) and write about that situation. They are able to help. Mostly you can ask for money back within 14 days but if you can prove that you didn’t get it I think it’s a good chance to get it back.

That is saying to modify manipulate the games functionality. That I know of my friend only reduces his fps so he don't lag. There is no rule against reducing the fps on a device.

But a developer standpoint, if an app alters a game file or an extra developer setting alters a game file it is assumed that the alteration has been done to gain an unfair advantage in the game (aimbot, wallhack etc). It's not easy to distinguish between an fps unlock or a cheat so they are against it

If a player can not play due to lack of fps that can not be ban offence for trying to make it were they don't lag. If anything a game should focus on trying to fix the lag of lite and other devices instead of making; new modes gun and other updates that make them lag that much more.

@vestal frigate last reply. Along with the alteration of game files, it messes with the graphics api so the game runs better than normal. Android development guidelines specifies that apps that overwork the gpu is not recommended for release, so pubg devs don't do that. Gfx tool creators don't care about that, so they do.
