Hello guys, i know this may be the usual Account Ban problems amongst many other user. BUt still, i wanna pour it out here and release some stress. So today, i was playing SOLO on the NA server trying to achieve the 15 kills in a single match since the server i am on 'ASIA' is quite hard and in NA server i was at bronze tier so, i thought it might be easier to achieve. I was playing at around 300-400ms and still managed to get 14 kills mostly bots. But just as i finished killing the 14th guy, i got a data changed prompt and got disconnected and my acount got banned for 3650 days, just like that. I even tried contacting support through ingame support but to no avail. This is really frustrating since i didnt use any hacks or exploits.

I think pubg has to work on tracking people who actually hack the game a little more thoroughly. Last night I was playing in a night and day cycle Enrangle match and I encountered one at the end of the zone. How do I know he was a hacker? He didn't kill my team, its what happened when I shot him. I swear to God I wasn't hallucinating, because I wasn't lagging and my framerate was in optimal condition.
So how this goes is that im approaching that small town thats under the mountain that overlooks Gatka, the one near the hospital. As im approaching the house, my last teammate is killed off by a kar98 user. When i get close to the house after deploying 4 smokes and toss and additional flashbang; theres this one guy that jumps out of the window wearing a really rard outfit from the shop and runs towards one of those miniature checkpoint houses. At the moment that i spotted him I shot 20 rounds into his body aith an M416 and as he ran into the checkpoint, I missed 10.
So i thought he was going to kill me, but he didn't, and as im taking my Thompson out with an extended mag and attack him immediately; basically unloading 60 bullets to his body. This player didn't even get knocked! He ate my bullets and ran back into the house after finding out his little invincibility secret and got one of his friends to kill me so I wouldn't know which one killed me.

Some people have told me that there's clones apps to pubg that emulate the game with features that aren't in it. Some of those add ons include looking though walls by highlighting the players on the map, aiming and never missing a player, getting underneath the map, and somehiw changing a players ID to a bots ID so the game can't ban them.

@lapis plank Well, for starters this is a support channel, not a report unknown in-game players channel.
Secondly, Desync is a fairly common issue in every game (even if your not lagging yourself).
Desync is when you and your opponent are sending and receiving data at completely different rates resulting in the server rendering you both in different places (on his side he was likely not in your line of fire, but in yours he was). Hit registration will only register on his side, so in some cases you need to predict where a player will be about a second from your current time (if your aware a player is desyncing). Sometimes desync can spike to the point a player is several seconds behind (in your case "ahead of time").

And this "app" you're describing is greatly exaggerated. They aren't clones of PUBG, they are "extension" apps that people commonly call "hacks" that modify local data (which is easily detected). But no, you cannot magically change your ID and evade a ban. All cheaters get banned relatively quickly, but they make new accounts and continue the cycle until they get bored. It's safe to say anyone using such apps spend more time creating new accounts than actually playing the game.

@neon patio you don’t appear to really understand desync. It’s because PUBGM uses client side hitreg, and latency exists. The server just crossverifies the hit to make sure that it was indeed a hit. Nothing to do with rendering. A player with 300 ping registers hits on a 20 ping player. Server receives the data in 300ms, takes 30ms to process, then the 20ms person dies, 350ms later.

You’ll never need to compensate for latency with your aim, because of this.
