He can file a claim, support may respond, and they may unban him, but it'll likely take a minimum of two weeks. It may be better to delete and reinstall the app, revoke access to his former account on FB/Twitter/Google, and start a new account.

No, I haven’t heard of that nor have I done anything but change the sound setting so the volume buttons only change the volume and not the ringer, I don’t really do much in settings! I did this trick in the Music setting with the equalizer that makes your phone louder, idk if that’s why or not
Easiest way to test would be to repair the client which should delete and reinstall the sound files. If it's the same after that it's probably something with the phone

@night cloak Team killing is bad but it's not a banable offence. Simply report them and they'll lose their merits. If they tried to harass you, or used vulgar language, search up their profile and report them. There's an option to report players from their profile, can be found at bottom left. Make use of the report system and they'll be punished accordingly.

It's a bug with Facebook. What you're gonna do is, login to guest profile > logout > login using Facebook. Repeat this process several times, until you get access to your game account. Once you get access, add a 2nd login method as soon as possible. @pallid sky
