It's never happened to me before though, recently happened about 3 times or so, and all after season 6. Again, I recently rebooted my device to its factory form, nothing should be holding it back as much when it comes to performance. With the stats my device has atm, I've been able to run smoothly for long time now, and I still do. But there are times where registry in the game is VERY poor and it happens to many, not jus myself. And this freezing thing is random, I again am able to hear my team while screen is frozen, but I cannot do anything at all, thus forcing me to restart game.

Teaming in any multiplayer game is against the game's Terms of Service and it will result in a temporary ban, if reported. @glass wing

Matchmaking is broken. As soon as you hit high platinum in FPP you're doomed to extended queue times. High diamond I'm looking at 7-20 minutes at off peak times, and 3 minutes at peak times.
Squads, NA, FPP, all maps enabled. Absolutely garbage.

The account is what is banned, not the app. So you'd ideally delete PhoenixOS, install TencentGamingBuddy, and play from there, from June 2nd.

You could also file a claim with support in game to see if they can unlock it for you.
