@exotic bluff the servers of Asian region lies at 3 places, Singapore, Korea and the last one in Japan I guess, your friend might being paired with you in Korean Or Japanese servers while for stable and good ping, you both should connect to Singapore server, unfortunately, you can't set the servers on your own except the regions!

@cosmic gazelle your internet speed isn't the issue. Distance to the server is the issue. Talk to your ISP that you get high latency in that particular server and they can make things better.

Hey there! Seems like you're experiencing lag while driving vehicles. What's happening here is that you're fps are dropping. The cause of the problem is that you're device has to render graphics quickly as vehicles move fast. In order to eliminate this read the instructions below:
• Minimize background processes as they increase load on the device.
• Don't play while charging the device as it heats the components hence making them misbehave.
• To have the best performance restart the device before starting the game.
• Play on a WiFi rather than a Mobile Data connection.

This a bug. Happens rarely but if it does... do not tap on the ok button as you will be returned to the main lobby. In order to fix this, immediately close the game (not exit the match) and restart the game. You will definitely get the "Enter Match Again" option and on pressing Yes, you can continue again!!
