Cropping and downscaling occurs twice, once manually in facebook, and once again automatically when transferred to the game.

Very high resolution (over 520) images and very low resolution (under 360) images will get chopped up quite alot during this process, so it's recommended you use the default facebook pfp size of 360x360 - 520x520.
