What we heard from the team is that it is safe to use, @normal fulcrum. We don't recommend using it cause it can cause few other in-game issued like ping fluctuation and some have faced the "abnormalities detected" due it as well. It also depends on how the person used the VPN and for what purpose. So simple answer is just it's not really necessary for the game and we don't recommend using it.

That data was sent to server and server sent that data to that guy's device, but his internet was slow, so by the time the data was sent to him, he changed his location and server received the data delayed. That's a dsync. Means out of synchronization
