The merit system needs a rework. One of my buddies has a merit of 20 from 'nading some of my other friends on my FRIENDS LIST. Getting merit back is WAY too time consuming as a casual player. Players with low merit should still be allowed to play with people on their friends list.

Along with the team restriction, those with low enough merit also get reduced BP and exp rewards at the end of games.

You don't actually need to kill team mates for the system to log you, it mainly accounts for damage done to teammates.

This is gonna be interesting. They claim the ban system is automated and they have little control over it, which we know is bs. If they don't take control and reverse incorrect bans, they'll lose their playerbase rapidly. On the other hand, making it known that they have control over bans opens a can of worms by way of appeals

@young shore the bans are in waves, people will be banned for a reason, we don’t deal with bans we are no way affiliated with tencent games. The only support we can give people is to file a claim.

You could report your issue using the customer support in game.
