If you encounter any kinds of bugs or technical issues in the game, you've to report them directly in-game by clicking the Report button located at top-right during matches, or by clicking the ^ button located in the bottom-right corner of the main menu and selecting Report. You might not get a reply from support but they're always looking into every reports made by players. We cannot do anything here in discord. I hope you understand.

Hello I'm having a issue where i can play fpp but not tpp. My character can't move arounf properly in tpp. I can only use my joystick ro go straight and diagonally and left and right and back wards. But can't look around or change directions. But if i play fpp I'm fine.

@wind frost It's actually based on team average rank. Maybe your opponent team had 1 guy from Ace and rest of the players were somewhere in Diamond. That's how the matchmaking works, it won't happen if you play solo.

@grave stone In duo or squad, you've to knock + kill with the same weapon, while in solo, it's just the kill you need. However make sure to use a bolt action for sniper rifle, not a DMR.

@wise summit Did you try changing the control layouts from control settings. It could be you messed up the sensitivity settings for TPP. Make sure your TPP camera movement set to more than 0.

Fix the f lag whenever i open my game it starts loading for years and then the friendlist also lags a lot
Whenever i ads the aim stops for a second and then starts shooting also i have repaired the game reinstalled it so many times
Render lag is the dumbest lag when a enemy squad comes in range with a car the game freezes for a second or 2 and then continues to lag more
Now when i have 50 ping constant and suddenly when enemies come close and we have a close range fight the ping jumps to 150
My device is samsung galaxy s8+ and wifi speed is much more then this game needs

@spare sluice the rank gets decreased after every season ends. You just need to get wins with good stats to rank up faster. The season 6 will also be ending soon and when that happens you will be decreased depending on what rank you are currently. Also the stats will be reset every season.

You must purchase crates that cost 120 UC or more. It does not matter which crates, as long as they cost 120 UC or more, and they contain legendary items.

Say, if you purchase five in a row, and you do not receive a legendary item, the counter for the first challenge should display 5/30. However, as soon as you receive a legendary item, it should reset to 0/30. That is the logic I make out of it.
