Why i can't pick a new name with different characters? Im talking about different language keyboard? I see all kinds of smiley faces and all that good stuff but when im trying to change my name it keeps asking if i want to change my id to (blank)? If i press yes does it change my name what i picked up, is it going to be blank or not working at all?

Had been running ping on multiple ip's in background, no spikes there. Only pubg servers spike like crazy. 40 to 300 ms since past couple of days

Actual in game ping = connection latency + latency from connection routing to location of server.
Its pretty much depended on your connection itself.
Your ISP is routing your connection from different location which results in low ping on different servers and high ping on home server. @meager sapphire

If you experience issues and high ping, try to close down other apps that you're running, before launching the game. Make sure that battery saving features are turned off.
Also try to contact devs for more information. @meager sapphire

FPS stability is pretty much depended on your device's software optimization & hardware capabilities.
Display's refresh rate decides the maximum FPS a device can display.
But, FPS stability is something different, like if you're facing frame drop but it should be 60 FPS, in that case, it's depended on your device itself, nothing much developers can do from their side.

bro back to back my account are getting banned.

A popup notification comes on my emulator that data changed then it shows me login screen with file claim

I have 3 times uninstalled TGB and 1 time formatted My PC but still problem is occurring back to back accounts are getting banned for 2 months isn't it unfair im not even cheating😭😭

If you encounter any kinds of bugs or technical issues in the game, you've to report them directly in-game by clicking the Report button located at top-right during matches, or by clicking the ^ button located in the bottom-right corner of the main menu and selecting Report. You might not get a reply from support but they're always looking into every reports made by players. We cannot do anything here in discord. I hope you understand.
