If you encounter such players in the game, you've to report them directly by clicking the report button located in the bottom-left corner of the end match screen. You might not get a reply from support but they're always looking into every reports made by players. We cannot do anything here in discord. I hope you understand.

Please do report the issue in-game and let the customer service know about it. Some others have also faced this in the past.
The more reports they get ,the sooner they look into the issue.
