The Bluetooth headsets do have a slight delay, I do not know of a solution to fix that. Recommend using wired headphones. That's what most gamers prefer because of that reason I heard, @tardy ocean.

Because Tencent puts all of the game files on your app and phone, the game has to reconcile your position in game with what they have on server. When it cannot reconcile it drops what is on your phone.

Also, since the chinese version was released before the global version, it gets updates bit before than the global version. There are other factors which play a great role in the release of updates, for example the global version has a greater amount of players then the chinese version, and thus the servers need be maintained in a better was aswell.
