I played a game yesterday landing west apartment of military base. There's this guy rushing from outside with a shotgun and I'm in front of the door by the north stair. He phase through the door, knocked me, backed off (phased through) the door then open it to kill me. Unfortunately, I didn't record it.

If you encounter such players in the game, you've to report them directly by clicking the report button located in the bottom-left corner of the end match screen. You might not get a reply from support but they're always looking into every reports made by players. We cannot do anything here in discord. I hope you understand.

They can knock you because of desync. Either you or your enemy was lagging.

Try logging in to guest profile, log out of it and then try to login to the game again with Facebook, repeat this process until you get access to your account. Once you get access to your account, go to game settings and quickly add a 2nd login method.

Most probably this problem is caused because you are using some kind of vpn or playing a version of game that is banned in your country....
or You have made some changes to your connection like IP address port forwarding

Sometimes servers lag due to Many People onlinr and Many Games running....

@river comet It is really frustrating when you face players who are getting unfair advantages by using hacks or glitches. If you encounter such players in the game, you've to report them directly by clicking the report button located in the bottom-left corner of the end match screen. You can directly report in game by contacting customer support. Just upload the video somewhere and send the link to support. You might not get a reply from support but they're always looking into every reports made by players. We cannot do anything here in discord. I hope you understand.

@frosty thorn To link your pubg to a social media, one must log in to your pubg 1st. If your 1st account was fb, that means someone has your fb password which was used to log in to pubg and then they linked twitter. Change Your fb password and enjoy the game. Unfortunately you cannot link any other social media anymore as 2nd account is used now
