Go to settings > iTunes & app store > tap on your iTunes account and review the payment information. @night cloak If there's no reply, it's highly unlikely you'll get the ban lifted from account. I'd suggest to reinstall the game completely on both your PC and mobile and create a new account. Make sure not to use any 3rd party apps including ad blockers that gives benefits to pubg game. It's for future proof.

Just contact customer support to revoke all twitter accesses to the game, that way the game will prevent all Twitter logins and you'll have no issues. You just need to contact customer support and be patient about it.

@chilly stump They usually take a few days to weeks to reply. And a quick tip: If you purchased UC before, you probably got email with purchase receipts. Just take some screenshots of the receipts and send the screenshots to the support as well. It will only delay the process otherwise.

Cause last week there was the kill 10 enemies challenge, I tried the AR war and got 12 kills but it didn't count, then I did a Kar98k war (when the clothes were still there) and I got 11 kills and the misuson was completed.

It wasn't the Kar98k mission, it was the kill 10 enemies mission. The weird thing is when the bug for the Kar98k war ( in which the clothes are there) counted for missions, like the lvl 3 back pack and the fist kills.
I'm guessing that was just a bug then?

I finished them all in the Kar98k war mode when we got clothes.
Now it's not working, which is why I was wondering why.
