@keen oracle I'm one of the guy who use 6x converted to 3x on m4. If I can't find 6x, I use 3x. 3x has alot less recoil compared to 4x. On top of that, 6x is larger than 4x adding weight to gun. More weight = less recoil. That's how guns work in real and also when using 6x in pubg.
