Android 9 users can directly update the game because their OBB limitation are a bit higher. It could be also that they have something in extra, but probably just because of that. They're just updating the necessary parts of the OBB.

Android <8 users can't update the game because the version is "outdated" in a sense that their device doesn't support updating probably for the OBB limitations.

This has nothing to do with the quality of your device.

Android 9: Directly update the client which is ~450 MB.
Android <8: Although it shows that the update size is ~450MB, it will re-download whole game, which is ~1.8 GB.

I've got 2 issues. #1 is an ongoing issue. Been dealing with it about 6 weeks. Someone applied to my clan. I tried to accept it and it gave an error "this action is not allowed". So then I tried to deny them and it gave the same error. Talked to someone and they said it happened to them and it'll go away with time. But now it's been about 6 weeks of having this notification that just drives me crazy. I've tried deleting cache, both for app and system, restarting devices, even tried reinstalling the game.
#2 is really annoying. I'll play 1 match in a group and my mic will work fine. Start a second match and no one can here me. The indicator next to my screen name shows the flickering mic, as if I'm talking. Yet, no one can hear me. Then I go back to the lobby and it works fine.

Any and all help is put into action and appreciated. Thanks.
