Hello, I would like to address a situation that has been seriously pissing me off for the last months.
The problem I am having is the following:
"Cant link guest account to Google play account due to Google play account supposedly already having an account liked to it, which is totally false"
The explanation:
Some months prior to now I created this account (Redacted1) as a guest account for trying the game and such, I never intended to originally link my Google play account to it but it soon became a necessity to not loose my progress. When I went to link my account to my email (Redacted2) it said I already had an account with that email, which is a complete lie. The only time I ever interacted with something related to my email was due to a miss click which led me to sing in through my email into the character creation screen. However, I NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER clicked on "create account", as soon as I got there I exited and log into my guest one (Redacted1).
What I want:
I want the linking of my guest account (Redacted1) to my email address (Redacted2) since the statement of me having an account with said email is just not true.

@cedar terrace As per an Admin, rename cards are not free because if renaming was an easy thing to do, everyone would keep changing their ign confusing others. I know how you feel but I guess there used to 6 rename cards in level rewards and achievements when you start playing game. It's just that you have use it carefully. I still managed to save 4 rename cards

It isnt a glitch, you are just unlucky I have found plenty of nades, there is no glitch that would cause that @raven wadi
