@blissful leaf I usually turn on 3 settings. Force gpu rendering, force 4xMSAA and Disable HW overlays. It helps on almost every game to make it smoother. But it consumes battery a lot faster than usual. And may heat your device more than usual.

I have a friend who was recently banned for 3650 days. The messaging in game and automated support messages all say that third party applications are illegal etc, but i know for a fact that he does not have any third party cheating software. He plays a lot. He was a conquerer in squads Season 5 and bought royal pass for 3 seasons. My theory is that he was reported by enough scrubs that got squad wiped that the automated PUBGM system just figured he was cheating.
We've tried contacting support but they have not really looked into his case to any substantial degree. He has spent real money to support the developers, is an active part of the social community on discord and (again) does NOT cheat. Any advice on how to escalate the conversation if support does not take a deeper look?

Fpp matchmaking is garbage. They apparently do not want you to play the format or other maps.
Matchmaking works for the first two weeks of a season and then falls off the cliff on the third week. Don’t expect to match for the rest of the season.
