I hate pubg mobile now because of a very very strange bug that sometime in a middle of a match or when I start a game of it ends, my game suddenly on its own closes itself and when I try to open it again from recent apps pubg starts again from the Tencent loading screen. Sometimes enter match again appears but sometimes it says your last game has finished and a lose the rating. I can't even play matchs normally as it would happend a lot. There's two issues that I've noticed... 1 I have a problem dismantling clothes as the game freezes with the loading running man. 2 the virtual buttons act up after a few matches. Eg. @quick comet We got several reports few days ago regarding ban issues caused by VPN and ad blockers. The game system doesn't detect the VPN immediately unless you switch network too often. So, some people are lucky and didn't get ban. And nothing can be said when the servers will be fixed but we hope it's pretty soon.

Ever since the new update my ping on my own server in NA has jumped from standard 50 to 180-250 in every single match, sometimes going to 400 for a minute or 2. I've speed tested my router, restarted it, reinstalled pubg twice, repaired client a couple times and even factory reset my phone and nothing is working!

If you encounter any kinds of bugs or technical issues in the game, you've to report them directly in-game by clicking the Report button located at top-right during matches, or by clicking the ^ button located in the bottom-right corner of the main menu and selecting Report. You might not get a reply from support but they're always looking into every reports made by players. We cannot do anything here in discord. I hope you understand.

I have a solid internet better than before and yet nothing changed! I reported always, reinstalled the game always, and repair button it self makes nothing I guess rather than resetting settings and graphics!

@opal trout you will have to contact facebook about the first part, then you need to probably contact in game support, because for all we know you cant unlink an account once its linked

I understand your problem, I actually went thru something similar, my facebook account was hacked and I lost all access to it and couldnt get anything back. I had to start all over

Cuz acc hackers normally try to get as many accs banned as possible but hey thats just my experience with them you mightt just have a kid who wants to show off I would still make sure you have enough proof against him or her

My acc was hacked and banned a couple weeks ago and I cant do anything about it. I too was a supporter from the chinese beta but they wont do anything for me. Also I know im going a bit off topic but Ima just say this and be done, I honestly think that they should have a system for people to eitther submit evidence or pay to gett a hacked or banned acc back. Cuz hackers that messed up and get their main acc banned woukd probably stop hacking cuz all their "valuables " are on that acc. If the hacker is banned they just make new acc and keep hacking. Or people like me and many other get their acc banned and cant do anything about until their 10 yr ban is over. @opal trout

having cross server for a week broke the matchmaking more then it already was. im not lying when i say i get into 1 match per 5 hrs of waiting. online all day and get 2 matches if lucky. please widen the scope of tiers allowed into 1 match.
The algorithm is so broken. Why punish the top players to the point of where they cant even play. There are not enough players in FPP (especially solos and duos) open it up so within at least 3 tiers play with each other. Ace should match with gold if your chillin in lobby for 20 mins

@dense sonnet there you go someone else has it figured. tbh I don’t care about servers more than matching me with similar connection players... it should be both like every other game to make it easier to search a game but they pick servers only then give you the ability to pick between them... would be better to search for players and wait for a better connection game, my ping just go from double digits to triple when players come near by... also my game stop registering my movement although everything is alive... or even worse I shoot someone he is knocked then am the knocked one and him finishing me or my teammate reviving and am like WHAAATTT?
EU for those asking about what server... and it doesn’t matter I could be on the lower end although I have a solid connection because the servers are far from me... Some of my asian friends (we don’t play together) say the same, and some of my arabian friends who plays on EU because they don’t even have a server in much more trouble playing
