Such error only comes up when there is an issue with your connection, or when it's been interrupted. Hence it's better to try and either switch up the connection or restart your WiFi router.

Please go to file manager→internal storage→ Android→ Obb → com.tencent folder and check if there's a file of 1.6+GB in the folder . If there is, then go to settings and app management→ Pubgm → permissions and enable storage permission @glossy kiln. Then restart your device and open the game and see if it works.

Chinese version work perfectly because they have less players. Global version is comparatively big and it have much load so sometimes depending upon the server you play . You can experience the high ping. The issue is already reported to the devs as the survey was taken previously so it will be fixed soon, @uncut whale.

Go to your settings, find the Play Store, force stop it, clear it's data and cache, then launch it again.

Go to settings-> Apps and notifications-> See all apps-> PUBG mobile

From there, force stop it, clear data and cache

If you have mic issues, go to permissions and deselect the permission to use mic. And then when you enable mic while playing, it will ask for permission and it should work fine

@gleaming abyss let me help you understand in a better way. Guest log in saves your data on your device but not on Tencent (sorry if I misspelled) cloud. If you clear data of game or repair client or reinstall, it will delete the saved file on device. And since it doesn't gets saved on cloud, it cannot be recovered. To save your game data over cloud, you need to log in using Facebook, Twitter or Google Play Games/Apple ID (Depends on your device). You can link 1 account with maximum of 2 social networks. Once linked, it cannot be unlinked or changed.

Yes it's really weird. The other day when I was starting a duo match before I landed out of my parachute, the game kicked me and said "your account is logged in in a different location, taking you black to the login page." It took me back to the lobby then asked me if I wanted to go back into the match. I pressed go back to match and it let me. I didn't think nothing of it until now. Okay thanks just one more question! Before this update when u added Vikendi the Ping was working so well in Europe server like I always had 45 to 72 ms ping ! After that update I’m having so many issues with ping going up & down 82ms to 300 ms that’s so disturbing & my internet speed still the same
