there is a bug when u select a clothes set in the royale pass and go to the box thingy's (lmao) and choose something from there and leave, if u open up the RP pass thing again you get two characters or more

@here, there is a bug in this update, in the appearance section where you select the new hair style without purchasing the elite royal pass and tap OK, it just gets stuck with the avatar only and there is no option left to go back as per IOS devices are concern, as they don't have back button to do that, and in the end you just have to restart the whole app....

There's a audio bug that I've had for almost a week now. A bug where I cannot hear my teammates, but they can hear me. I've literally tried everything there is to do, I even downloaded the PUBGM APK file from the official pubgm website, and still no change. I was told that I should use discord for the time being until the new update comes, and still I can't hear my teammates. Is this a bug only happening to LG G5 users or what?

Most of the issues are with wifi, @haughty lake. Sometimes connection to the pubgm get interrupted and disconnected with some wifi routers.
Theres severe service degradation. It seems to me that toy might be taking the company line and PUBG knew there was going to be service disruption

@night cloak switching to cellular isn't going to work. The carrier infrastructure is the same as the te h in your home wifi. Just a different spectrum band.

This is a service degradation problem. If the dev's are aware of the LAG/PING then they know its on their end.

@night cloak said it thereself, Devs know about latency issue. It's a service issue, either to their backbone or to the update itself OR the fact that they under provisioned services to save money and now all their customers (us players) are having issues.

@night glacier Check if you got an email from Google/Apple regarding purchase receipt. If you got, then take a screenshot and contact pubgm customer support. If you didn't get any email, you've to contact your Google/Apple customer support.

I have an issue with the sensitivity
When i make it perfect (set everything to low) and costumize it, i get off my emulator, and i go in my mobile i have all the same sensitivity and its too low, but when i turn on high sensitivity on my phone then its SUPER high on pc, and then i gotta change again sensitivity, is there any way not to synchronise the sensitivity between phone and emulator?
or should i just play on 1 device?
Nope there is no way. For emulator high sensitivity is too high but for mobile it is not that bad . So you just have to lower the sensitivity to the emulator when you play on it, @night cloak.

@willow dune laser will be visible to you only. No enemies or squad mates can see laser. But I will suggest not to use laser as it gives wrong aim to your gun. Try using laser and shoot at wall. It will shoot above the laser. If you aim on head, bullet will go above head.

Hey @stark oriole, this may be so confusing but as you progress in the Royale pass, every 3-8 levels you get 30 UC. It will then add up to 600 UC all together.
