Uhm my friend got banned for no reason at all.
Long story short we played duo and we had fun then we got killed. His game exited and he was like "ok im gonna restart now", he restarts it and then: BOOM! Banned for 10 years for no reason. He said that he never hacked or cheated. We contacted customer support and got no answer at all.

hi uh, i need help with my PUBG Mobile, I've been playing pubg mobile on my iphone 5s for awhile now, and everything was fine until the update of season 4 came out, since then, the game kicks me out of matches, and asks me if i want to rejoin the match, the loading circle also appears in the main menu every 5 seconds, and sometimes when i check my items, my game keeps refreshing as if i'm losing connection to the server and getting reconnected again, sometimes it even kicks me out of my account and i need to sign in again, my internet is completely fine, other members in my family play pubg as well and none of this happens to them, any way to fix this? i tried reinstalling, restarting my phone, clicking the repair button and nothing worked, i even played on other connections(wifi) and i have the same problem, help!

@oblique horizon i have a higher specs device and i play with smooth (sometimes balanced too) and medium fps...and have no issues. try it

My game has been lagging for some reason and I don’t think it’s my phone because my other apps aren’t laggy. I don’t know why it’s lagging a lot then it says server is timed out and reconnect and stuff. My last few games even had really high pings like this

My ping is 900 then droped to 500 then 259

@drifting finch it lags because of the ping , is this the best server you can play in? there are some server side issues that the devs are aware of and working on a fix, but you should also check the servers if you get better ping on other servers.

That’s so disappointing lol. I spent all season and many, many hours grinding to get to conquerer only to not being able to get the S4 frame. 😐 It’s such a dumb requirement too because you have Conquerer for 24hrs anyway so it’s easy to play the 5 matches.

Quick question why u updated the game and the lag still? Also the ping problem didn’t get fixed yet ! Season 3 update was smoother and had no lag issues or ping issues!
