@modern gale the reason I asked is I used to get this 10 mins ban, I was going crazy because I had nothing in my device , the support sent me the message like yours, saying I should use the Vietnamese version, I always played in Europe, and the game was always downloaded from play store...
I tried several things and at 1st I thought its maybey because my phone was rooted and with the server lag issues might be related...
I was using an aggressive ad blocker , I removed it just to cover all my bases , and for almost a week now have no issues...that's why I ask everyone that gets these 10 min bans, they might have the server situation, and they wouldn't realize then issue untill their account get a long ban

I can't 100% confirm it worked, but so far so good ...will give it another week.

My guess is some ad blockers use VPN like method that causes the issue

@lofty creek The 2ms Ping you're getting in a no-traffic server. Btw if you are getting bad ping then it's your internet issue. If you're getting good ping the the game is still teleporting, it's an issue with server. And no idea when there will be a possible fix for server lag issues. Please be patient.

@lofty creek Why do you understand? In speed test, it depends on in which server you're connected. Ofc you won't get same pings in a busy server compared to normal servers. And yes, servers are having issues lately and there will be a possible fix very soon.
