When the battery is low, the frame rate will slow down, causing lag. Recharging your phone to try again. The device's Temperature Control will be triggered when the phone is hot, which slows down the frame and make the game lag. Recharge you phone while lowering phone temperature and play later. When there are too many processes running on the device, it will lag.

Close all processes and restart the phone. If you set a higher graphic settings beyond the hardware capability of your device, it will cause your game to lag. In this case please lower your graphic settings.

Pay attention to the signal in bottom left while you are in a match or during server selection. A yellow or red signal means your ping is high. In this case, you can switch your connection to Wi-Fi or 4G, or reduce graphic settings by selecting classic style.

Somtimes, there would be bugs on the game, well this could be caused by wifi problems or the phone’s speed.

Follow these steps:

1. close the game
2. delete the game
3. re-install it

On the log in screen, click on repair at the top right end.

If PUBG is not being installed, it is the wifi problem and if the same problem is re-occurring, it might be the phone’s speed is not very much compatible with the game, use a RAM above 2 GB.

If all else fail, try contacting the customer support.

Hey @cursive vector ! I get your concern for your progress, you could now add multiple linking accounts for the game, you could add your google play games and your facebook at the same time!

If you change from an android to an ios, you can just log in with your facebook, if you are switching out to a android phone, use google play games. And yes, google play games is reliable, well it is the best until and unless you change the email ID for the google play store, excluding that, it is the best

Hey @cinder quarry ! Just try switching off your router and turning it back on, of you are using mobile data, disconnect, like totally disconnect with your service and get back on, it should be fine after all that!

If you have problems with switching off your router, just forget your network and enter the password again, this is not the efficient method but use this if all else fail @cinder quarry

@tacit ferry If it's still causing issues, you've to report this to in game support. This is a known issue, don't know why there's no fix yet. Meanwhile, you can use discord. Discord is really best if you play with handful of friends. Join any squad room this server has and keep playing until they fix the issues.
