When will the custom room ping issue be resolved, I wonder. Every tournament we participate in, we get like 150-200 ms at minimum. It's around 500 ms at the beginning to a custom room tournament game. Do note, in normal classic matches, I get around 30-40ms.
It makes you wonder how fair any tournament is, when you can't pick up guns because of the ping, or your try to open scope to ADS and shoot, but you just end up hip firing because the scope never opened because of the ping, and touch response delay. And you end up dying because of it.
Really fun game, you guys. No issues in the game whatsoever.

i have a requestm if the ban for GFX tool apps will continue , please please add it to the online ToS and the in-game as well, i spoke at length with the dev of the most popular one and although i don't think in most part such app is a "cheat", it's the rules that Tencent has , and the guy has zero morale compass and keeps claiming that there's no way people will be banned for using his app and he tills people that the Discord announcement and chat is not official and such app aren't against the rules...so please as it does exist on the faq here please add it to the ToS officially (not the current vague way that he's exploiting) , not for him but for the many players that may become victims cc @night cloak

@ocean lava First of all, you gotta understand how Anti cheat engine works. It doesn't detect if its a gfx tool or not, it just finds out that there are some values were changed and it flags the profile and it gets banned. And in is actually already in ToS. You cannot use any apps which modify the game files, no matter the reason for doing it. You're simply not allowed to make changes.
And the guy simply wants people to download his app. He has nothing to do with whatsoever. And developers aren't allowed to add names to the ToS which they don't own. Tencent doesn't own gfx tool app, so they can't mention about it in ToS directly.
However, the ToS was written with details, if you read it, you'll know that such apps aren't allowed. And a player should always read what the officials say. A player shouldn't reach out to a person who makes 3rd party apps and seek for which is banable and which isn't. It's common sense. They just agreed with the ToS upon registering for the game. If they didn't read it, it's their fault, not developers.

i understand ( actually i know how battleye detects Graphic tools specifically) , it has to do with an option on that app for GPU optimization to Vulkan that's what mostly gets detected...

@pliant musk wow I was about to warn about playing after getting the 1st ban, if you get 3 of them in 24 hours it automatically give a 10 year ban.
The oy option is for you to file a claim in the game (they rarely revert it)
Did you use an ad block or VPN?
